DESCRIPTION:<p>Join us in the park prior to the Band Concert for David Rhodes' reading from <i>To Kill a Mockingbird </i>by Harper Lee. This summer authtors\, readers and others will pay tribute to this Pulitzer prize-winning classic novel about racial injustice and the loss of innocence in a small Southern town.</p>
 <p>In honor of the 50th anniversary of Harper Lee's <i>To Kill a Mockingbird</i>\, David Rhodes (author of the All Iowa Reads 2010 book\, <i>Driftless</i>) will be in Oskaloosa to share a reading on the square. He will then return to Book Vault to discuss his own widely loved writings.</p>
 <p>Free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. Collectors' 50th Anniversary limited editions of <i>To Kill A Mockingbird </i>will be available.</p>
