Join Ruthi and Chef Adam DArland for our 3rd Annual Cooking With Books in the Alley. They will prepare some out-of-the-ordinary, wonderful foods. How does Stuffed Elk Loin sound? Howa about Buffalo Sliders? A salad with flowers and a surprise dessert? You'll also sample some beer from local Peace Tree Brewery in Knoxville.
